UEFA Super Cup: 1 million viewers in Italy (Sky), 723,000 in Spain (Movistar)

The 2024 edition of the UEFA Super Cup, won 2-0 by Real Madrid CF (LALIGA EA Sports) versus Atalanta BC (Serie A Enilive), drew 1.003 million viewers in Italy on the channels of the pay-TV operator Sky Italia on 14/08/2024 (kick-off at 21:00 CET), according to data from the audience measurement institute Auditel. This figure represented an audience share of 7%.

In Spain, the match drew an average of 723,000 viewers on the two Movistar (Telefonica group) pay-TV channels that broadcast the match (379,000 and 344,000 viewers respectively), according to data from the audience measurement institute Kantar. Audience share: 8.7% (4.6% and 4.1%).

• Sky Italia extended its rights to broadcast UEFA club competitions (Champions League, Europa League, Conference League and Super Cup) over the 2024-2027 cycle, for €220m a year, on 08/05/2024.
