Olympique de Marseille: EA Sports (video games) extends as an official partner from 2024-25

EA Sports, an American video games publisher and part of the Electronic Arts group, has extended as an official partner (3^rd level) of Olympique de Marseille (Ligue 1 McDonald's) for several seasons from 2024-25, announced the French club on 22/08/2024.

As part of the agreement, the club's players and the Orange Vélodrome (Marseille, FRA) will continue to appear in the EA Sports FC football video game. "In particular, improvements will be made to the Orange Velodrome in the next edition of the game (EA Sports FC 25, due for release on 20/09/2024), to ensure an even more realistic match experience," explained the club. EA Sports will also provide "increased support for the OM Next Generation programme, a plan to monitor and train players aged 8 to 15 in the Southern Region (of France), via the FC Futures global project aimed at making football accessible to all."
