Ligue 1 McDonald's: Decathlon (sports goods) partner of LOSC Lille for 3 seasons (2024-2027)

French sporting goods designer, manufacturer and retailer Decathlon has become an official partner of LOSC Lille (Ligue 1 McDonald's) for three seasons (2024-2027), announced the club on 22/08/2024.

Under the terms of the agreement, "a branding and sporting events programme will be activated as soon as the French league resumes at home (24/08). Events as well as immersive and original experiences for LOSC supporters and visiting teams will be offered at the Decathlon Arena - Stade Pierre Mauroy during the Dogues' matches," explained the club.

The Villeneuve d'Ascq-based company, which ranks third in the Lille club's sponsorship hierarchy, is thus strengthening its ties with the club, after acquiring the naming rights to the Stade Pierre-Mauroy (50,156 capacity), of which LOSC Lille is the resident club, from the Métropole Européenne de Lille (MEL) for five seasons (2022-2027) on 07/06/2022. The agreement, valued at €1.2m a year, will see the stadium renamed the "Decathlon Arena Stade Pierre-Mauroy".
