Bundesliga: Kraken (crypto trading), sleeve sponsor RB Leipzig from 2024-25

Kraken, a cryptocurrency trading platform, has become a sleeve sponsor of RB Leipzig (Bundesliga) from the 2024-25 season, announced the club on 23/08/2024.

As part of the deal, the brand will benefit from the status of "exclusive partner", the highest level in the German club's sponsorship hierarchy, alongside owner and main shirt sponsor Red Bull (beverages, AUT), equipment manufacturer Puma (GER) and training shirt sponsor Elk (prefabs, AUT). The partnership accompanies the launch of Kraken's offer in the German market, according to the club.

Kraken succeeds the German property developer AOC, which featured on the club's sleeves during the 2022-2024 cycle (two seasons). This is the third sleeve sponsorship agreement signed by the platform with a European Top 5 club for the 2024-25 season: Kraken has also partnered with Club Atlético de Madrid (LALIGA EA Sports) and Tottenham Hotspur FC (Premier League).
