Bundesliga: publication of FC Bayern Munich's sustainability report on the 2022-23 season

FC Bayern Munich (Bundesliga) published its "Sustainability Report" on the 2022-23 season on 26/08/2024. The document, entitled "Mitnand", a Bavarian expression meaning "unity", in reference to the name given to the strategy developed by the club in terms of sustainable development, takes stock of the activities of FC Bayern München AG (commercial structure), FC Bayern München eV (association), Allianz Arena GmbH (stadium) and FC Bayern Basketball.

"Resonance means responsibility. Sustainability is one of the key issues of our time for all of us, and a powerful word that we have to live up to. Our society and we as FC Bayern still have a lot of opportunities to do more. But we are active. The name 'mitnand' was deliberately chosen. We will only have a future by working together, both in terms of social policy and our climate. Together we are active - that's what sport and FC Bayern as a club can convey," said Herbert Hainer, president of the Bavarian club.
