Olympique de Marseille: Stefano Petruzzo appointed CEO of the women's section

Italian-Argentinian Stefano Petruzzo has been appointed CEO of Olympique de Marseille's women's section (Seconde Ligue), the club announced on 06/09/2024.

"The new manager will take up his post shortly and will be in charge of supervising and managing the entire women's section, with the aim of developing the structure as a whole and improving the performance of its teams," OM said.

"A 39-year-old executive with international experience, Stefano Petruzzo has worked in a variety of domains during his career, including consulting, aviation, media and sport. Director of Strategy at Liverpool FC (Premier League) from 2013 to 2019, he contributed to the club's sporting and commercial development, and is involved in the Reds' excellent results on and off the pitch," added the club, which also states that Stefano Petruzzo has become co-owner of Hampton & Richmond FC (National League, 6^th English division) in 2022.
