2024 NWSL: record attendance of 1.5 million spectators after 19 matchdays (out of 26)

The National Women’s Soccer League has achieved a total attendance record of 1.5 million spectators after just 19 matchdays out of the 26 of the 2024 regular season, announced the League on 08/09/2024.

"This latest attendance milestone comes after the league exceeded one million fans in attendance for the third consecutive year during week 13 of this season - the fastest campaign to achieve the feat - and officially passed its previous attendance record of 1,424,208 set on matchday 18."

"With a current average attendance of nearly 11,500 spectators, the NWSL is on track to reach the two million mark before the end of the season," added the League, while seven matchdays are still to be played before the playoffs.
