LALIGA EA Sports: CA Osasuna announces a €18m plan to renovate and extend its training centre

Club Atletico Osasuna (LALIGA EA Sports) has presented a plan to renovate and extend its training centre, the Ciudad Deportiva de Tajonar, on Tuesday 10/09/2024. Work is due to start in September 2025 with an expected delivery for the start of the 2027-28 season.

This €18m project will be financed by €13m of funds received as part of LALIGA Impulso, a strategic project stemming from an agreement between the Spanish league, its clubs and the investment fund CVC Capital Partners, while the remaining €5m will be contributed by the club. Part of the work will be conducted on land acquired by the club in 2021 for this project, at a cost of €6.5m.

The project includes:
• a stadium with two stands (2,200 and 600 seats) with a total capacity of 2,800, which will host the women's and youth teams games;
• the construction of two natural grass pitches and two additonal artificial pitches;
• a two-floor building to accomodate the men's first team and the club's headquarters;
• a parking for up to 600 vehicles;
• a catering area with a terrace that will be able to welcome the public.
