Ligue 1 McDonald's: launch of "Play Ligue 1" a platform that allows users to rate & collect goals

The Ligue de Football Professionnel is launching the "Play Ligue 1" platform, enabling users to rate all Ligue 1 McDonald's goals and collect them "for a chance to win numerous prizes," announced the LFP on 16/09/2024.

Users will receive a free "artefact" of the goal in their collection if they rate it between the time it is scored and the following Monday at 17:00 CET. Users will be able to buy the videos of the goals they are missing from the platform's shop if they have not given a score during the dedicated period.

A rarity will also be assigned to each goal by "a committee of Play Ligue 1 experts" every Monday based on criteria such as "rarity, aesthetics, context, and the average rating given by fans". The number of copies of the goal video on sale will then be determined according to this level of rarity: "legendary" (one copy), "exceptional" (50), "stylish" (500) and "basic" (1,000).

A number of prizes (shirts, match tickets, official footballs, Play Ligue 1 videos, artefacts) are up for grabs via draws in which users can take part, provided they complete an entire album…
