Kevin Lamour (FRA/SUI), deputy general secretary at UEFA, is to join FIFA's Paris office as chief operating officer from 01/11/2024, according to an internal letter dated 18/09/2024, signed by Mattias Grafström, secretary general of the international federation, which has been brought to News Tank Football's attention.

Another move announced by the Swede is the departure of Kenny Jean-Marie (FRA), director of member associations division at FIFA. The man who also runs the body's Paris office, based in the Hôtel de la Marine (8th arrondissement), has decided to step down to "focus on other exciting projects".

Kenny Jean-Marie will be replaced from 01/11/2024 by Elkhan Mammadov (AZE), currently director of member associations Europe at FIFA, whose deputy will be former Swiss international Gelson Fernandes (CPV/SUI), currently member associations director for Africa.
