Roland-Garros: Whisper (GBR) "host broadcaster" of the tournament for the 2025-2029 cycle

British production company Whisper is to become the "host broadcaster" of Roland-Garros, responsible for producing all footage of the Grand Slam tournament over the 2025-2029 cycle (five editions), announced the French Tennis Federation on 23/09/2024.

"The FFT will rely on the production company to deliver ambitious and innovative coverage of the next five editions of Roland-Garros. Globally renowned for broadcasting sports events and producing content, Whisper will seek to further develop the Roland-Garros tournament, showing what makes it so special, while unlocking and celebrating the wider secrets of the tournament for audiences around the world," explained the French Tennis Federation.

The French Tennis Federation decided to bring the production of footage of the tournament in-house in 2021. Host Broadcast Services (a subsidiary of the Swiss media and marketing rights agency Infront) was selected to assist the FFT in this mission, and was thus given the status of delegated producer for the 2021-2024 cycle.
