Everton FC takeover: "Our commitment to AS Roma will not be diminished" (Dan & Ryan Friedkin)

The Americans spoke following the announcement of an agreement between The Friedkin Group and Blue Heaven Holdings Limited, an Isle of Man-registered company that owns 94.1% of Everton FC, for the sale of the English club.
