Puma: partnership with Google Cloud expanded to improve e-commerce experience using AI

Puma and the US cloud computing platform Google Cloud are strengthening their strategic partnership to improve the shopping experience on the German equipment manufacturer's online shop, announced the two organisations on 24/09/2024.

• As part of the agreement, Google Cloud will provide the brand with generative artificial intelligence (AI) solutions enabling it to "dynamic and personalised product imagery that is improving click-through rates and accelerating the time-to-market for Puma's digital campaigns globally."
• The technologies made available will enable the background of visuals to be adapted to the target geographic market, as well as facilitating content editing (shadowing, composition and color accuracy, resolution, and product positioning). A solution will also be deployed to improve shopper conversion rates.
