Premier League: Mai Fyfield & Dharmash Mistry re-elected to board for three years

Premier League clubs have re-elected Mai Fyfield and Dharmash Mistry as independent non-executive directors on the league's board for a three-year term until 2027, announced the English league following its general assembly on 26/09/2024.

Initially elected in October 2021, they will retain their seats on the Premier League board alongside Matthew Ryder KC, another independent director, Alison Brittain, chair, and Richard Masters, chief executive.

"Mai is an experienced media executive and non-executive director. She was previously the chief strategy and commercial officer at Sky and has served on several boards and advised media and private equity clients on a variety of investments and strategic issues. She is also on the boards of Roku Inc and BBC Commercial, and chairs the Premier League's remuneration committee.
