Agencies: Otro Capital & Bolt Ventures (USA) invest in Two Circles

US funds Otro Capital and Bolt Ventures, the family office of David Blitzer, co-owner of the Philadelphia 76ers (NBA) and the New Jersey Devils (NHL) and also a minority shareholder in Crystal Palace (Premier League), have made a "strategic investment" in the UK market research agency Two Circles, announced the latter on 26/09/2024.

"These two new investors have led to the creation of a newly established Two Circles North America operating board, chaired by Otro Partner and co-founder, Alec Scheiner who will also join the global Two Circles board of directors," explained the agency.

This acquisition comes eight months after the London-based private equity firm Charterhouse Capital Partners (CCP) took a majority (80%) stake in Two Circles, acquiring Bruin Capital's stake for an estimated £250m (€293m).
