LALIGA EA Sports: Real Valladolid CF plans a €6m capital increase

The board of Real Valladolid CF (LALIGA EA Sports) has called for an extraordinary general shareholders' assembly on 24/10/2024 to approve a proposed capital increase, announced the club on 24/09/2024.

The Spanish club, which was promoted to the top flight after the 2023-24 season, plans to raise €6,040,398 via the issue of 929,292 shares with a par value of €6.5 each. "The aim is to increase the financial and sporting stability of the company," explained Real Valladolid, which has been owned by former Brazilian international Ronaldo Luis Nazário de Lima since 2018.

The club had posted revenues of €61m and a net loss of €10.3m at the end of the 2022-23 financial year (01/07/2022 to 30/06/2023).
