La Française des Jeux has successfully completed its tender offer for Kindred Group, owner of nine gambling operators (Unibet, bingo.com, 32Red, Kolikkopelit, Casinohuone, Maria Casino, Highroller, Vlad Cazino and Ottokasino), announced the French lottery and gaming operator on 02/10/2024.
