Angers SCO: "A €300,000 budget for the endowment fund in 2024-25" (C. Bordat)

"The fund is mainly financed by the club and by donations from companies and individuals. This year, we were able to count on the financial support of some professional footballers and members of staff. Our budget is €300,000, excluding facilities and human resources," said Christophe Bordat, director of the Angers SCO's (Ligue 1 McDonald's) endowment fund, to News Tank Football on 10/10/2024.

"L'École Noir&Blanc" is one of the fund's main programmes: over 100 children from CE1 (children aged 7-8) to CM2 (10-11) in schools in the La Roseraie district are welcomed each week at the Stade de Salpinte (Angers, Maine-et-Loire). Every day, instructors collect the children from the schools and bring them to the school. We have entered into a contract of trust with each child and each parent by signing a charter," added Christophe Bordat, who is also the club's development director.
