"Principles and regulations have been swept aside. The reasoning is logical and in line with the Court of Justice (CJEU) rulings in December 2023 (on the Super League and the regulations governing home-grown players). We're following the same line of reasoning. We're lucky to have judges in Europe who bring the governing bodies back to reality, explaining to them that they are subject to the same rules and the same rights as everyone else.
