Agencies: Two Circles acquires Kore (marketing solutions platform)

Two Circles has acquired Kore, a US company specialised in marketing and partnership management solutions, announced the UK marketing research agency on 16/10/2024.

Two Circles' acquisition "will enhance the company's proprietary technologies and support its unique data-driven approach to growing the value of sports and entertainment for fans and rightsholders," according to the agency. The agency, which supports more than 700 sports organisations, will offer its clients "the enhanced expertise of Two Circles and the Kore platform to maximise their revenues by optimising their relationship with fans."

Kore's client portfolio includes four Ligue 1 McDonald's clubs (including AS Monaco FC), nine Premier League sides and the British car manufacturer McLaren, owner of the McLaren Racing team (Formula 1).

This acquisition comes nine months after the London-based investment fund Charterhouse Capital Partners (CCP) acquired a majority stake (80%) in Two Circles, taking over Bruin Capital's shares for an estimated £250m (€293m).
