Paris FC: Agache (Arnault family) in exclusive negotiations with Pierre Ferracci to buy the club

Agache, the family holding company of French entrepreneur Bernard Arnault, has entered into exclusive negotiations with Pierre Ferracci, owner of Paris FC (Ligue 2 BKT), with a view to acquiring a majority stake in the club, announced the two parties on 17/10/2024.

Bernard Arnault's family, owners of luxury goods group LVMH, are to acquire 55% of the club, according to L'Equipe, while Austrian energy drinks company Red Bull, which has also entered into exclusive negotiations with the president and founder of Groupe Alpha (social dialogue consultancy), "will have something like 15% when the process is finalised," said Pierre Ferracci, majority shareholder in the Paris club since 2012, in an interview with Canal+.

"When we reach a new stage in three years' time, with my exit from the capital and the presidency, the ratio will be a little over 80% for the Arnault family, and around the balance for Red Bull," added Ferracci.
