LFP: Jean-Pierre Caillot (Stade de Reims) re-elected president of the Collège de Ligue 1 for 4 years

"Meeting on Thursday 17/10/2024 at the LFP headquarters, the presidents of the Ligue 1 McDonald's clubs re-elected Jean-Pierre Caillot (Stade de Reims) as president of the Collège Ligue 1 (Ligue 1 Board) and Jean-Pierre Rivère (OGC Nice) as vice president for a four-year term," announced the Ligue de Football Professionnel the same day.

Jean-Pierre Caillot succeeded Jean-Michel Aulas (then president of Olympique Lyonnais) as president of the board of Ligue 1 clubs on 20/09/2020, while Jean-Pierre Rivère has been vice president since September 2019.

The president of Stade de Reims was previously re-elected to the LFP board, also for the 2024-2028 cycle, on 03/10/2024. He sits alongside Vincent Labrune (president of the LFP), David Terrier (president of the UNFP) and five other club presidents: Pablo Longoria (Olympique de Marseille), Pierre-Olivier Murat (Rodez Aveyron Football, Ligue 2 BKT), Laurent Nicollin (Montpellier Hérault Sport Club, also president of Foot Unis) and Marc Keller (RC Strasbourg Alsace).
