NBA/WNBA: Nike extends as exclusive equipment supplier to the franchises until 2036-37

The American group Nike Inc. will continue as a global partner and exclusive equipment supplier to the National Basketball Association and Women's National Basketball Association for a further 12 seasons, i.e. for the 2026-2037 cycle, announced the NBA on 22/10/2024.

Nike thus remains global partner of the NBA, the WNBA and the G League, in terms of equipment, merchandising, marketing and content. This agreement covers all 30 NBA franchises (and their G League teams) as well as the 12 WNBA franchises.

Nike has been a partner of the NBA since 1992, a marketing partner of the WNBA since its creation in 1997 and a marketing partner of the G League since the 2017-18 season. The equipment manufacturer, based in Beaverton (Oregon, USA), extended its partnership with the NBA to become the official supplier of outfits and equipment to the franchises over the 2017-2026 cycle, as part of an eight-season agreement valued at $1bn (€889m) according to US media, or $111m (€98.8m) per season.
