LFP: programme for Matchday 9 of the Ligue 1 McDonald's promoted as the "Big Weekend"

The Ligue de Football Professionnel (Professional Football League) is launching the "Big Weekend" identity to highlight the schedule for Matchday 9 of the 2024-25 Ligue 1 McDonald's season (Friday 25 to Sunday 27/10) and the "Ligue 1 brand," announced the LFP on 22/10/2024.

"On this occasion, as part of its new brand identity deployed in stadiums and on all screens, with in particular the signature "Football. À la française" and the new French championship trophy, the league will be adopting an event-based visual identity, dominated by an 'electric' pink. This identity will be visible both during match broadcasts, via the score clock and slow-motion replays, and in the stadiums during pre-match protocols, as well as on Ligue 1's digital platforms," explained the French league.

"A special event logo and a personalised signature have been created for the four matches highlighted by the Ligue: "the Northern derby RC Lens - LOSC Lille (Saturday at 21:00 CET), the Côte d'Azur derby OGC Nice - AS Monaco (Sunday at 17:00), the Occitan derby Montpellier HSC - Toulouse FC (Sunday at 17:00)…
