Paris SG: partnership with Matchain (blockchain/AI) & creation of a joint innovation studio

Matchain, a Portuguese blockchain platform specialised in artificial intelligence (AI), has become an official partner of Paris Saint-Germain (Ligue 1 McDonald's) for three seasons (2024-2027), announced the club at the 13^th edition of the Blockchain Life forum held in Dubai (UAE) on 23/10/2024.

As part of the agreement, which gives Matchain the status of "exclusive digital identity partner" (3^rd level) of the Parisian club, the two partners "intend to establish a joint innovation studio driving the club’s Web3 innovation. Through this integration, Paris Saint-Germain will empower its global fanbase with personalized, secure, and innovative digital interactions that will transform the way supporters connect with their beloved team," explained PSG.

In addition to the creation of this joint studio, which will bring together "PSG, Matchain, and industry-leading Web3 experts to collaboratively drive the future of Web3 development at the club", Matchain will benefit from visibility on LED signage at the Parc des Princes and on the Parisian club's social networks.
