France/Stadiums: "Name-based ticketing compulsory for OM, PSG & OL from 31/12" (Gil Avérous)

"The Government's intention is to avoid collective sanctions. I am going to sign a decree that will come into effect on 31/12/2024 and which will make it compulsory for all matches at Olympique Lyonnais, Paris Saint-Germain and Olympique de Marseille to be ticketed by name. Each spectator will have to have a ticket with a seat and his or her name, so that we can identify where the discriminatory comments come from and identify those who will be banned from the stadium.
