Ballon d'Or 2024: Hankook (tyres) official sponsor of the ceremony on 28/10

Hankook, a South Korean tyre manufacturer, has become an official sponsor of the 68^th Ballon d'Or ceremony, which will be co-hosted for the first time by France Football (Groupe Amaury) and UEFA at the Théâtre du Châtelet in Paris (France) on 28/10/2024.

As part of the agreement, the South Korean brand will benefit from visibility on the ceremony's red carpet as well as in press areas. The two partners will also offer activations on their respective social networks. "The partnership embodies the perfect match in our international sponsoring strategy, where positioning Hankook as a premium brand always takes centre stage," said Sanghoon Lee, president and COO of Hankook Europe.

This agreement strengthens the existing ties between Hankook and UEFA. The group has been an official sponsor of the Europa League since the 2012-13 season, and thus has the longest sponsorship agreement in force with the competition, as well as the Conference League since 2021-22. The tyre manufacturer extended as a sponsor of both competitions for a further three seasons (2024-2027) on 23/05/2024.
