Olympique Lyonnais: agreement with Ho Chi Minh City Football Association (VIE) extended by one year

Olympique Lyonnais (Ligue 1 McDonald's ) and the Ho Chi Minh City Football Association (Vietnam) have extended their partnership until 31/12/2025, announced OL on 31/10/2024.

"This renewal marks an important milestone, symbolizing a decade of cooperation for football development in Vietnam," said the club regarding the project initiated in January 2016. "Olympique Lyonnais has committed to supporting an elite training program for young footballers within the Ho Chi Minh City Football Association. The programme aims to prepare a new generation of high-level players through an approach combining sports training, educational and academic development, and civic values. The academy follows a methodology inspired by the OL Academy, a leading reference in youth training."
