Eintracht Frankfurt: record turnover of €390.5m (+26%) & net profit of €26.9m in 2023-24

Eintracht Frankfurt (Bundesliga) posted a record turnover of €390.5m (including transfers) for the 2023-24 financial year (01/07/2023 to 30/06/2024), up 26% on the previous record set in 2022-23 (€310.2m), announced the club on 31/10/2024.

Revenues were driven in particular by the club's highest-ever transfer income, at €143.2m, or 37% of the total. On the other hand, TV rights revenues, at €92.6m in 2023-24, were down sharply (-34%) on the €140.5m recorded in 2022-23. This is mainly due to the club's participation in the Conference League in 2023-24, a year after reaching the Round of 16 in the Champions League.

The club's "other" revenue rose by 20.9%, from €33.9m to €40.8m. Eintracht Frankfurt cites one main reason for the increase in these revenues: the growth of its subsidiaries, particularly those linked to the operation of Deutsche Bank Park (Eintracht Frankfurt Stadion GmbH), which hosted two NFL games in November 2023.

With a wage bill of €141.4m, Eintracht also posted a positive net profit of €26.9m, up from €17.6m in 2022-23.
