With a turnover of €110.9m for the 2022-23 financial year (01/07/2022 to 30/06/2023), AS Monaco FC (Ligue 1 McDonald's) posted a result 34% higher than that of Bologna FC 1909 (Serie A Enilive, €82.8m), as the two clubs prepare to face each other on Matchday 4 of the new league phase in the 2024-25 Champions League on Tuesday 05/11/2024 (kick-off at 21:00 CET) at the Stadio Renato-Dall'Ara (Bologna, ITA).

During the 2022-23 season, AS Monaco's wage bill (€113m) was 76% higher than that of their rivals (€64m). ASM posted a slightly negative net result of -€0.17m, while the Italian club posted a loss of €16.3m.

While AS Monaco's annual accounts for 2023-24 are not yet available, Bologna FC posted a turnover of €103.8m and a net loss of €10.4m.
