Financials: Comcast, Warner Bros, Endeavor... Q3 2024 results boosted by Paris 2024 Olympic Games

Endeavor's "Events, Experiences and Rights" division posted a turnover of $899.8m (€805.8m) for the third quarter of 2024, up 145.1% (or +$532.7m), compared with Q3 2023, according to the American company specialised in sport and entertainment, whose quarterly accounts were published on 06/11/2024.

"The increase was driven primarily by the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games, for which On Location served as exclusive hospitality provider (as part of its partnership with the IOC until the Los Angeles 2028 Olympic Games)," said Endeavor, which posted a total turnover of $2bn (€1.8bn) over these three months (July, August and September), up 66% on the same period in 2023. However, EBITDA for the Events, Experiences and Rights segment fell to -$67.8m (-€60.7m), compared with the $29.8m (€26.7m) achieved in Q3 2023.
