Rugby: partnership between Eluvio (streaming) & EPCR to manage the OTT platform EPCR TV

"EPCR TV" the OTT platform belonging to European Professional Club Rugby, organiser of the Investec Champions Cup and Challenge Cup, has integrated the broadcast platform from Eluvio, a US company offering a solution for live streaming, PVOD, FAST channels and video monetisation, announced EPCR on 12/11/2024.

"The new EPCR TV will now bring an enhanced experience to fans thanks to Eluvio's advanced full-feature platform. This next-gen streaming video platform brings the excitement of current and past EPCR matches to fans worldwide, offering a digital front-row seat to the best of elite international club rugby, both live and on-demand and super-charging the viewing experience," explained EPCR, whose 30^th season of European competitions kicks off on Friday 06/12/2024.

The EPCR launched its OTT platform, set up by UK agency StreamAMG, on 18/09/2020. It broadcasts matches from both competitions to territories where TV rights have not yet been marketed. In 2024-25, EPCR TV is available in 28 countries or regions for the Champions Cup and in 45 markets for the Challenge Cup.
