LFP: Bernard Joannin (Amiens SC) re-elected president of the Collège de Ligue 2 for 2024-2028

"Gathered on Wednesday 13/11/2024 at LFP headquarters, the presidents of Ligue 2 BKT clubs re-elected Bernard Joannin (president of Amiens SC Football) as president of the Collège de Ligue 2 (Ligue 2 Board) for a four-year term," announced the Ligue de Football Professionnel the same day.

A member of the LFP's board of directors, where he represents the second division alongside Pierre-Olivier Murat (president of Rodez Aveyron Football) - both were re-elected on 10/09/2024 for the 2024-2028 cycle - Bernard Joannin received nine votes, against eight for Laurent Lairy, president of Stade Lavallois, according to the French sports daily L'Equipe. The Amiens president was elected in March 2022 for a two-year term following the resignation of Christian Leca (AC Ajaccio).

Pierre-Olivier Murat represents the Collège de Ligue 2 on the LFP board.
