AC Milan: Thai businessman Bee Taechaubol confirms his interest in the club but denies any agreement

"I do not deny the interest in a possible acquisition of shares in a team as prestigious as AC Milan (Serie A TIM) but at the moment the deal is just friendly and private interlocutions with representatives of the AC Milan group. No decision on the part of both parties has been taken nor was an agreement signed," said the Thai businessman Bee Taechaubol in a statement on 17/02/2015.

Italian media had quoted remarks that Taechaubol Bee, 41, had reportedly made on 16/02/2015 to the Thai newspaper Bangkok Post. The executive director of the Thai company Prime Company Limited, an investment fund based in Singapore, also confirmed having made an offer worth a total of just under $1bn (€877m) to acquire a majority stake in AC Milan.
