Ligue 2/Red Star: "Work to resume at Stade Bauer by the beginning of 2025" (Saint-Ouen Town Council)

"The Réalités group has once again reaffirmed its commitment to resuming work on the Stade Bauer (home of Red Star FC, Ligue 2 BKT) by the beginning of 2025, so that the stadium can be delivered in 2026, without any major impact on the initial timetable," said the Saint-Ouen-sur-Seine (Seine-Saint-Denis, Paris, FRA) Town Council following a meeting on 18/11/2024.

The Town Council issued a statement after organising a "progress report on the Stade Bauer and Red Star FC" the Ligue 2 BKT club that resides at the stadium, in the presence of Patrice Haddad, president of Red Star, and Yoann Choin-Joubert, CEO of the Réalités group. The meeting took place at a time when a number of local stakeholders, including the Collectif Red Star Bauer, have expressed concern about a potential delay in the delivery of the modernisation work and the future of the club, which is owned by the American investment fund 777 Partners, which has been announced bankrupt (see below).
