Paris FC: "A long-term investment, without rushing into things" (Antoine Arnault, Agache)

"The Arnault family doesn't have a two- or three-year time horizon, and it's not a fund that's come to 'hide' or make a short-term profit. It's a long-term investment, without rushing into things, a virtue that we know and apply within the LVHM (luxury) group," said Antoine Arnault, CEO of Berluti (leather goods and clothing, LVMH group), whose family, via its holding company Agache, will become the majority shareholder in Paris FC (Ligue 2 BKT) on 20/11/2024.

"The closing is imminent, after a smooth passage through the DNCG. The deal is expected to be ratified at the club's extraordinary general assembly on 29/11, at which the new Paris FC board of directors will be approved," said Pierre Ferracci, president of the club, while exclusive negotiations for the deal were announced on 17/10/2024.

"After closing, the capital will be split as follows: 52% for Agache, 11% for Red Bull, 30% for Groupe Alpha (owned by Pierre Ferracci) until 2027 and 7% for BRI Sports Holdings. In 2027, Agache will own around 80% and Red Bull around 15%," added Pierre Ferracci, who sees the Austrian energy…
