Premier League: Liverpool FC launches five new versions of its online store in Asia

Liverpool FC (Barclays Premier League) has launched five new versions of its online stores for Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea, Thailand and Vietnam, the club announced on 18/02/2015. Apart from Vietnam whose version of the site is in English, Liverpool fans from the other four countries now have access to the club products in their own language. Liverpool FC had already opened online versions of its store in Asia for China, Taiwan and Macau on 07/08/2012.

Site maintenance will be provided by the Norwegian company EZ International, who also handled the Chinese online store. "Fans will be able to benefit from shopping in their local language, saving money on duty and postage costs, as well as tailored payment methods, which is a result of EZ International’s skill sets," said Mike Cox, director of merchandising at Liverpool FC on 19/02/2015.
