Paris 2024: 10 media rights holders rewarded by the IOC for their coverage of the Olympic Games

The International Olympic Committee has awarded the "2024 Olympic Golden Rings" to ten media rights holders to reward them for their "outstanding achievements" in broadcasting the Paris 2024 Olympic Games, announced the IOC on 03/12/2024.

The public broadcasting group France Télévisions, holder of the exclusive free-to-air broadcasting rights for the Olympic Games in France, received the following five awards in particular:
• "Best Athlete Profile" (Gold, "Les Paris de Léon");
• "Best Innovation" (Silver, "The Torch Relay live broadcast");
• "Best On-Air Promotion" (Silver, "Aux Jeux, citoyens !");
• "Best Film" (Silver, "L’album des Jeux Olympiques : Pour tout l’Or du Monde");
• Special Recognition by the Jury for "its role in promoting the Paris 2024 Olympic Games in France."

Other winners include the American broadcasting group NBCUniversal, the British public broadcasting group BBC and the American conglomerate Warner Bros. Discovery (see full list of awards below).
