FC Bayern Munich: a record turnover of €951.5m (+11.3%) & net profit of €43.1m in 2023-24

FC Bayern Munich (Bundesliga) posted a record turnover (including transfers) of €951.5m in the 2024 financial year (01/07/2023 to 30/06/2024), up 11.3% on the 2023 financial year (€854.2m), announced the club at its annual general meeting on 08/12/2024. The Bavarian club's turnover excluding transfers reached €765.1m, also up on the previous financial year (€744m).

These revenues include the activities of the trading company FC Bayern München AG (in charge of the professional football section), Allianz Arena Stadion GmbH (in charge of the stadium) and the club's other subsidiaries. Combined with the results of FC Bayern Basketball, the club's total revenue reached an unprecedented €1.017bn.

Among the other key figures for Bayern's 2023-24 financial year:
• The club generated €262m in tax revenue for the various German authorities
• Bayern's wage bill totalled €396.5m, down slightly on 2022-23 (€416m)
• Bayern Munich's EBITDA was €168.7m, down 10% since the previous year (€187.4m in 2022-23)
• The club's net profit increased to €43.1m (compared with €35.7m at the end of 2022-23)
