With a turnover of €1.073bn for the 2023-24 financial year (from 01/07/2023 to 30/06/2024), Real Madrid CF (LALIGA EA Sports) posted a result 6.7 times higher than that of Atalanta BC (Serie A Enilive, €160m), as the two clubs prepare to face each other on Matchday 6 of the new league phase in the 2024-25 Champions League on Tuesday 10/12/2024 (kick-off at 21:00 CET) at the Gewiss Stadium in Bergamo (Lombardy, ITA).

In the same 2023-24 season, the Spanish champions and Champions League winners posted a profit of €15.6m, while the Italian club posted a positive result of €11.8m.

Real Madrid, which became the first club to top the €1bn in turnover mark in 2023-24, has forecast even higher revenues not including transfers for 2024-25, at €1.127bn (+5%). The Madrid club is also forecasting a 57% rise in EBITDA to €246.5m in 2024-25 (compared with €156.3m in 2023-24), and aims to post a profit of €20.2m.
