In the same vote, Spain, Portugal and Morocco were given the task of hosting the 24^th World Cup from 13/06 to 21/07/2030, with the first three of the 104 matches to be played in Uruguay, Argentina and Paraguay on 08 and 09/06/2030 to celebrate the Centenary of this competition (first held in Uruguay in 1930).
