LFP: agreement with IMG to broadcast a Ligue 1 magazine on planes & boats (2024-2027)

UK agency IMG has signed an agreement with LFP Media to broadcast footage of the Ligue 1 McDonald's on its dedicated Sport 24 channel for air and sea over the 2024-2027 cycle, announced the Ligue de Football Professionnel on 16/12/2024.

"For the first time, Ligue 1 will be accessible to passengers travelling with certain airlines and cruise lines, via a 26-minute weekly magazine featuring highlights from each day of the championship. This is a major step for LFP Media in its development strategy, reflecting its ambition to increase the league's visibility internationally," said the League.

"The weekly magazine is available from Sport 24's partner airlines, such as Etihad Airways, Emirates, Turkish Airlines, Singapore Airlines, Cathay Pacific, Princess Cruises, Royal Caribbean Cruises, Norwegian Cruise Line, Celebrity Cruise Line, and many others."
