Basketball: 1xBet (sports betting) exclusive betting partner of FIBA for 3 years (2025-2027)

Cyprus-based sports betting operator 1xBet has become FIBA's exclusive betting partner for three years, until December 2027, announced the International Basketball Federation on 19/12/2024.

The agreement sees 1xBet become a global partner of FIBA, the first level in its sponsorship hierarchy (alongside nine other brands), and covers "all FIBA national team competitions, both basketball and 3x3 basketball," said the body. The bookmaker succeeds j9.com, a Filipino sports betting site that became a partner of the International Federation in 2021.

1xBet will also benefit from "a digital presence on FIBA's platforms and will offer a game predictor, for global fan engagement. The objectives of both parties are to integrate digital advertising at key FIBA events, enabling 1xBet to explore extensive opportunities in dedicated markets worldwide. FIBA is testing several innovative solutions which will support 1xBet's strategic plans and offer additional opportunities to 1xBet and its global partners."
