DFL/DFB: German Supercup renamed in honour of Franz Beckenbauer from 2025-26

The DFL-Supercup, the match between the winner of the Bundesliga and the winner of the DFB-Pokal, will be known as the "Franz Beckenbauer Supercup" from the 2025-26 season, announced the DFL on 20/12/2024.
