Premier League: Surf Soccer Club, a San Diego youth football team, becomes a partner of Man City FC

Surf Soccer Club, a youth football club based in San Diego (California, USA), has become a partner of Manchester City FC (Barclays Premier League) in a deal lasting until 2020, the two parties announced on 26/02/2015. The main activation of this partnership will be the "Manchester City FC America's Cup", a tournament created by the English club and organised by Surf Cup Sports, a company created by Surf Soccer Club, for young people aged 10 to 17 years.

Manchester City will offer training programs for the youth of the Surf Soccer Club, as well as training for coaches, provided by trainers from the English club. The two clubs plan to send youth teams to one another's homes during the season.
