Serie A: Kappa will no longer be the kit supplier to Sampdoria, Joma could replace it in 2015-16

The Italian sportswear company Kappa will no longer be the kit supplier of UC Sampdoria (Serie A TIM) from the 2015-16 season, announced the club on 09/03/2015. The Turin-based brand has under contract with the Genoan club since the 2005-06 season.

"We have signed a three year contract with this brand, which is present in more than 70 countries. We are working on the next kits, taking into account the history and tradition of the club. In order to do this this, we sought advice from people who know the history of the shirt," said Paolo Carito, the club's director of marketing. The Spanish brand Joma could replace Kappa, according to the Italian daily newspaper La Repubblica on 04/01/2015.
