Arnaud Lagardère reappointed as head of Lagardère until 25/03/2021

The supervisory board of the holding company Lagardère SCA, in its meeting on 11/03/2015, unanimously ratified the decision of shareholders to renew the team of its top manager Arnaud Lagardère, announced the media group Lagardère after the meeting. This renewal is for a period of six years beginning on 26/03/2015. Arnaud Lagardère has led the group as its manager and general partner since March 2003.

The Lagardère group includes the French radio station Europe 1 and the sporting event and athlete representation agency Lagardère Unlimited. It achieved a turnover of €7.17bn in 2014, a decrease of 0.6%. "Our goal for 2015 is to achieve a growth of around 5% in operating profit for the group. Our goal over the next five years is to achieve organic growth of 3% per year," said Arnaud Lagardère to the French business newspaper Les Échos on 11/03/2015.
