News Tank Football: elections, appointments & departures recorded in December 2024

• Philippe Diallo was re-elected president of the Fédération Française de Football with 20,422 votes (55.34%) at the FFF's federal assembly held at the Novotel Paris Centre Tour Eiffel (15^th arrondissement) on 14/12/2024.

• Debbie Hewitt was unanimously re-elected as non-executive chair of The Football Association, by the board, from January 2025 until January 2028, announced the governing body for English football on 20/12/2024.

• Rafael Louzán Abal was elected president of the Real Federacion Espanola de Futbol for the 2024-2028 cycle after obtaining 90 votes out of 138, or 65.2% of the votes cast, at the elective general assembly held at the Ciudad del Fútbol de Las Rozas (north-west of Madrid) on 16/12/2024, announced the RFEF the same day.

• Lina Souloukou (GRE), former CEO and general manager at AS Roma (Serie A Enilive) has been appointed CEO of Nottingham Forest FC effective from 05/01/2025, announced the English club on 23/12/2024.
