Tottenham Hotspur: record turnover (€225.7m) and net profit (€81.6m) in 2013-14

Tottenham Hotspur Limited, the private company that owns Tottenham Hotspur FC (Barclays Premier League), achieved a record turnover of £180.5m (€225.7m on 30/06/2014) during the 2014 financial year (from 01/07/2013 to 30/06/2014), up 22.5% compared to 2012-13 (£147.4m, €171m on 30/06/2013), announced the London club on 27/03/2015.

The club reported a profit from operations excluding football trading and before restructuring and depreciation of £36m (€45m), up 53.8% year on year (£23.4m, €27.1m). Its operating profit before player trading rose by 151.4% from £10.5m (€12.2m) in 2012-13 to £26.4m (€33m) in 2013-14. Tottenham Hotspur recorded a profit on ordinary activities before taxation of £80m (€100m), more than twenty times higher than in 2012-13 (£3.7m, €4.3m). Net profit after interest and taxes for the club amounted to £65.3m (€81.6m) on 30/06/2014 compared to £1.5m (€1.7m) a year earlier.
