NFL: 13.2 million viewers for Thursday Night Football in 2024 on Prime Video in the USA (+11%)

Thursday Night Football (TNF) drew an average of 13.2 million viewers on Amazon's Prime Video platform over the course of the 2024 NFL regular season in the USA, an 11% increase over the previous season, according to data from Nielsen.

The NFL drew an average of 11.86 million viewers on the US platform during the 2023 regular season. Four TNF matches exceeded an average of 15 million viewers during the 2024 season.

Prime Video also posted its best-ever audience for TNF during the 2024 season. Detroit Lions - Green Bay Packers (34-31), the 2024 NFL regular season fixture, drew an average of 17.29 million viewers on Prime Video on Thursday 05/12/2024 (kick-off at 20:15 ET), according to Nielsen.

The Amazon group holds exclusive domestic TV rights to Thursday Night Football until 2033. Prime Video also exclusively broadcast the 2024 Black Friday Game (Kansas City Chiefs - Las Vegas Raiders, 19-17), which was watched by 13.51 million viewers on the platform on Friday 29/11/2024.
